BOPP Films – A material of choice

BOPP stands for Bi-oriented Polypropylene Films. Though there is a wide range of plastic films available in the market, but these films are manufactured to deliver high performance, great flexibility and easy converting for flexible packaging and other applications. Its properties are very much similar to BOPET film. BOPP is a bi-axially oriented film with excellent mechanical and physical properties. Made with a clear, flexible, transparent or translucent material produced from PP polymer which is a linear, thermoplastic polypropylene resin. The low density of BOPP film makes it a cheaper alternative to its counterparts.
